Manager, Concierge Services
Nate is the Manager of Concierge Home Services. He worked in education before pursuing his passion for home improvements. His goal is to ensure our members experience exceptional handyman service. Nate earned a BA from Alvernia College and an MA from Virginia Tech.
Overlee Community Association
An existing clubhouse that was not meeting the association’s needs and two existing pools were demolished. The new facility includes a new clubhouse and community room, manager’s office, bathrooms, snack bar, townhouse residence for the pool manager, three new pools and pump house, sand volleyball courts, and terrace seating.
